Release stagnant emotions, stuck energy and even physical pain. This is focused on the group who has signed up - and whatever is present for the collective will be released. Even my 1:1 clients tend to release similar memories, trauma, emotions or have the same physical pains depending on the week. This is a great way to release, relax and renew for your week ahead!
