It Is Done: When Healing Becomes Truth

Some days, the shift comes easily.

Other days, you have to meet yourself in the middle of the weight breathe through the tightness, and allow the energy to move in its own time.

Even when the hard days happen, I don’t force myself to shift.

I allow myself to.

The Weight Beneath the Surface

Last night, I spent almost two hours doing energy work on myself clearing, listening, releasing. Layers of emotion that had been quietly stacking up finally had space to move.

The energy gathered around my right ankle, a place that always seems to hold the weight when I’m resisting change.

And as I allowed my body to lead, I could feel that heaviness start to lift not all at once, but gradually, like sand washing off in the tide.

For me, the full release doesn’t always arrive in the same moment. Sometimes it settles in after sleep the nervous system catching up to what the soul already decided to let go of.

When I heard the song It Is Done, something inside me softened.
The shift was immediate.
The lightness, undeniable.

And I knew — without a shadow of a doubt — that everything I’ve been working for is already here.

The Safety That Once Protected You

Our nervous system tries so hard to keep us safe.

It loops familiar patterns repeating what once felt protective even when those patterns are now the very walls that confine us.

The “safety” we built in childhood or heartbreak served its purpose then. It kept us unseen when visibility felt dangerous. It kept us silent when speaking felt too vulnerable.

But those same walls can’t hold who we’re becoming. As we evolve, the bubbles that once kept us safe start to burst. And that friction we feel … that discomfort… is not failure. It’s growth in motion.

The Alchemy of Letting Go

Standing in our own power often means letting go of what once lit us up.

It’s uncomfortable, yes but it’s sacred work.

Because this is the alchemy of healing:

The part where release becomes freedom.
The moment when “it is done” stops being a mantra and starts becoming truth.

Every emotion we meet, every layer we shed, brings us closer to the authentic version of ourselves we came here to embody.

A Question for You

What does your next version of self need to let go of AND why are you still holding on so tightly? What happens when you loosen that grip -what are you truly afraid of then?

It’s not an easy question to ask, but it’s the doorway to liberation.
Because on the other side of that honesty is joy.
On the other side is peace.
On the other side is YOU!
